For 2028 onwards, couples will need to arrange a drinks service provider. You can still purchase your own alcohol and store it in our coolroom, and we can recommend some fantastic providers. We may also be able to provide this service at an additional cost.

Planning process

We aim to make the process simple and supportive from the beginning.

To Book

Once you decide you would like to move forward, we send through:

A booking form
An invoice
An agreement

Your date is secured once the booking payment is made.

In the Lead-Up to Your Wedding

Our usual planning flow includes:

Planning meeting around 60 days before
Check-in call around 2 weeks before
Final confirmation on the morning of the event, based on weather, access and final details

Planning Ahead for 2028 and Beyond

Tuckerberry Hill Events - The Ideal Wedding Destination

From 2028 bar service will no longer be included in the full wedding package. Couples will instead arrange an external drinks provider, and we are very happy to recommend great options. We may also be able to provide this service at an additional cost.

For micro weddings from 2028 onwards, the usual offering will be:

Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 9pm
Or Sunday afternoon

Timing may vary depending on the season and other bookings, so please get in touch to discuss what may be possible.

What is the timing and access for full weddings?

Full weddings usually include access to the venue from 10:00am on the day of the event until 10:00am the following day, unless earlier access has been requested and approved. This gives time for set up, your ceremony, photos, reception and pack down, all within the one booking period.

For 2026 and 2027, the package also includes up to 5 hours of bar service, with service starting no more than 1 hour after the ceremony begins. We work through the run sheet with you during planning so the day flows smoothly and makes the most of your time on the farm.

Venue timing guidelines are:

Amplified music until 9:30pm
Liquor service until 10:00pm
Acoustic music until 10:30pm
Guests offsite by 11:00pm

If you need earlier access, just ask us. We are always happy to discuss what may be possible depending on the season, setup needs and other bookings.

What is the timing for micro and micro plus weddings?

Micro weddings are designed as a shorter, simple and beautiful celebration. The event itself runs for 4 hours, with access to the venue for 1 hour before and 1 hour after.

Because of this, it is important to factor photo timing into your planning. Photos can still be taken at the farm’s photo locations.

For 2026, micro wedding timing is flexible and can be discussed with us. For 2028 onwards, the usual offering will be Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 9pm or Sunday afternoon, depending on the season and other bookings.

Do you have an in-house DJ available at Tuckerberry Hill Events?

No, we do not have an in-house DJ available. However, we can provide you with a list of recommended DJs in the area.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. You are welcome to purchase your own alcohol and store it in our coolroom. For full weddings in 2026 and 2027, bar service is included in the package.

For 2028 onwards, couples will need to arrange a licensed bar service (but may still purchase alcohol externally and store it in our cool room). We can recommend some fantastic options, and we may also be able to provide this service at an additional cost.

Do you include bar service?

For full weddings in 2026 and 2027, yes, bar service is included for up to 5 hours.

Can we bring our own caterer?

Yes. You are welcome to organise your own catering, and we are happy to guide you towards trusted options that work beautifully at Tuckerberry Hill.

We also offer a catered option through Ironbark Catering, so please reach out if you would like more information.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Our preferred payment schedule is 50% to confirm your booking and the remaining 50% due 60 days before your wedding, but we also have payment plans available. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss options.

Can we visit before booking?

Absolutely. We would love to show you around the farm. We offer tours on Saturdays and Sundays between 11am and 1pm, and we are happy to be flexible if another time suits better. Email us at hello@tuckerberryhillevents.com.au

Are pets allowed on site?

Absolutely! They just need to be on a leash and supervised at all times. Due to berry production, they cannot be in the blueberries unleashed.

Is Tuckerberry Hill exclusive-use?

Yes, you will have exclusive use of the venue and lawns for your wedding. There may occasionally be berry-picking activity elsewhere on the farm in season, but it takes place in the lower section and we aim to minimise any disruption.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there is on-site parking for guests. We strongly encourage group transport options for at least 50% of guests, for safety and convenience.

Do you set up the venue?

Yes! We set up your ceremony and reception space. We also provide planning support. In the lead-up, we work through your layout, suppliers and running order with you so the day feels smooth and well organised.

Do I need to clean up the venue?

We provide clean-up support as part of the venue service, but couples do need to remove personal items, decorations and any hired goods by the end of the hire period.

Is there a wet weather option?

Yes. We can work with you on a wet weather plan and talk through suitable options during the planning process, so you can feel prepared whatever the weather does.

Can we have a smaller wedding at Tuckerberry Hill?

Yes. Our micro wedding package is designed for celebrations of up to 40 guests, offering a beautiful and intimate option for couples wanting something smaller and more affordable.
